Create your own funky, sculptural throw pillow! Using pre-made, Matisse-inspired patterns, you’ll learn core techniques like fabric cutting, shaping, and sewing, with the option to make small modifications to personalize your piece.

No prior experience is required. After guided demonstrations, you’ll have dedicated time to sew and refine your pillow with support throughout. Workshops are small and skill-focused, so everyone gets guidance and plenty of time to create. By the end, you’ll leave with a finished sculptural throw pillow and beginner machine sewing skills you can continue to build on.

Instructor/Artist Info:

Kiki & Bouba Craft Lab is an experimental studio founded by Adrianna and Zoloo, two interdisciplinary designers who believe making with your hands changes how you think.

Zoloo (she/her) blends product and lighting design with a playful, technique-driven approach, exploring structure, form, and material. Adrianna (she/her), an Art Director with a background in design and storytelling, also works in stained glass and nail art, turning hard materials soft through craft.

Together, they lead workshops that focus on skill, experimentation, and creative confidence—where the goal is simple: for everyone to try, explore, and create.
